1. “లేవండి, మేల్కొనండి, లక్ష్యం చేరేవరకు విశ్రమించకండి.” (Arise, awake, and stop not till the goal is reached.) – ఇది ఆయన అత్యంత ప్రసిద్ధ వాక్యం, కఠోపనిషత్తు నుండి ప్రేరణ పొందింది.
2.”మీరు ఏమనుకుంటారో అదే అవుతారు. మిమ్మల్ని మీరు బలహీనంగా భావిస్తే, మీరు బలహీనంగానే మారతారు. అదే మీరు మిమ్మల్ని బలంగా భావిస్తే, మీరు బలంగా మారతారు.” (Whatever you think, that you will be. If you think yourself weak, weak you will be; if you think yourself strong, strong you will be.)
3.”మీరు జీవించి ఉన్నంత కాలం నేర్చుకుంటూనే ఉండండి. అనుభవమే ప్రపంచంలో మీకు ఉత్తమ గురువు.” (So long as you are learning, you are living. Experience is the best teacher in the world.)
4.”ఒక వ్యక్తి దగ్గర పైసా లేకపోయినా పేదవాడు కాదు.. కానీ ఎవరైతే కలలు, ఆశయాలు లేకుండా ఉంటారో వారే అసలైన పేదవాడు.” (A person is not poor if he has no money, but he is truly poor if he has no dreams and aspirations.)
5.”కెరటం నాకు ఆదర్శం, లేచి పడుతున్నందుకు కాదు.. పడినా లేస్తున్నందుకు.” (The wave is my ideal, not because it rises and falls, but because it rises again even after falling.)
6.”పిరికితనం మనిషిని నిర్వీర్యుడ్ని చేస్తుంది, ఆత్మవిశ్వాసం మనిషిని విజయపథం వైపు నడిపిస్తుంది.” (Cowardice makes a person weak, self-confidence leads a person towards success.)

8.”నిరంతరం వెలిగే సూర్యున్ని చూసి చీకటి భయపడుతుంది. నిరంతరం శ్రమించేవాణ్ని చూసి ఓటమి భయపడుతుంది.” (Darkness fears the ever-shining sun. Defeat fears the one who toils tirelessly.)
9.”ప్రతిరోజూ ఒక్కసారైనా మీతో మీరు మాట్లాడుకోండి. లేదంటే మీరు ఒక అద్భుతమైన వ్యక్తితో మాట్లాడే అవకాశాన్ని కోల్పోతారు.” (Talk to yourself once a day, otherwise you will miss meeting an excellent person in this world.)
10.”జీవితంలో ధనం కోల్పేతే కొంత కోల్పోయినట్లు, కానీ వ్యక్తిత్వం కోల్పోతే సర్వస్వం కోల్పోయినట్లే.” (If you lose money in life, you lose something, but if you lose character, you lose everything.)
11.”అపజయమే విజయానికి సోపానం.” (Failure is the stepping stone to success.)

15.”మీ కష్టాలను ఎన్నడూ తక్కువ అంచనా వేయకండి, ఎందుకంటే అవి మిమ్మల్ని బలంగా మార్చే అవకాశాలు.” (Never underestimate your difficulties, because they are opportunities to make you stronger.)
16.”మీరు స్వయంగా మీ విధిని నిర్మించుకోండి. భయపడకండి, వెనక్కి తగ్గకండి. మీపై మీకు విశ్వాసం ఉంటే మీరు ఏదైనా సాధించగలరు.” (You create your own destiny. Don’t be afraid, don’t back down. If you have faith in yourself, you can achieve anything.)
17.”మనలో ప్రతి ఒక్కరిలోనూ అపారమైన శక్తి ఉంది. దానిని మనం గుర్తించి, సరైన మార్గంలో ఉపయోగించుకోవాలి.” (There is immense power within each of us. We must recognize it and use it in the right way.)
18.”మీరు ఏ పని చేసినా, దాన్ని పూర్తి హృదయంతో, పూర్తి ఆత్మతో చేయండి. మీ జీవితానికి అర్ధాన్నిచ్చే మార్గం అదే.” (Whatever you do, do it with your whole heart, with your whole soul. That is the way to give meaning to your life.)
19.”ఒక మంచి ఆలోచనను తీసుకోండి. ఆ ఆలోచననే మీ జీవితంగా మార్చుకోండి. దాని గురించి ఆలోచించండి, దాని గురించి కలలు కనండి, దానిపై జీవించండి. మీ మెదడు, కండరాలు, నరాల ప్రతి భాగాన్ని ఆ ఆలోచనతో నింపండి. మిగతా అన్ని ఆలోచనలను పక్కన పెట్టండి. విజయానికి ఇదే మార్గం.” (Take up one idea. Make that one idea your life – think of it, dream of it, live on that idea. Let every part of your body, brain, muscles, nerves, be full of that idea, and just leave every other idea alone. This is the way to success.)
